Formosa: Taiwanese restaurant in Fulham, London



Tamarind and Thyme, 6 May '10: Braised Pork Knuckle: the meat was so tender and falling off the bone, Beef Noodle Soup: good and beefy, the beef tender, the noodles with a good chew, Fried Pork Chops: moist inside and lightly crisp outside chops, they were delicious, Three Cup Chicken: cooked with equal parts of soy sauce, rice wine and sesame oil, the meat was supremely tender, Minced Pork on Mung Bean Vermicelli: there was no chili here but still tasty nonetheless, Oyster Omelettes: tender yet crispy eggy and starchy edges,
