I hope you can find some hints and tips that will save you some time, time that I spent doing something I like: searching, reading, crossing, selecting and finally, I hope, one day, trying.

Sakana-tei: Japanese restaurant in London

Sakana-tei

Japanese, lunch is more affordable than dinner

Gourmet Traveller, 15 Mar '10: it is recommended to order a couple of dishes from the specials board, negitoro – chopped up toro (tuna belly), onsen tamago or “hot spring eggs”, fermented squid, sashimi with grated wasabi and Kizami wasabi, grilled ox tongue, daikon with grilled tofu, deep-fried octopus, uni (sea urchin) as gunkan-maki (warship roll), house-made soba with wild japanese vegetables “Don’t come expecting chichi surroundings or an amazing atmosphere, but if it’s seriously good Japanese fare you’re after (and you have 2 or 3 hours to spare) then you need look no further.”
